Once you’re ready, sign ur agreement, and settle the initial fee, we'll create a detailed job description and leverage our extensive network of qualified caregivers. We also utilize traditional recruitment strategies alongside our expansive network to attract the best candidates for you and your family.
3. MEET YOUR MATCHES
We'll introduce you to qualified candidates who have successfully passed our rigorous vetting process. We’ll assist in scheduling convenient interviews with your top choices, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
4. WELCOME YOUR PERFECT FIT
After discovering your ideal match, we'll guide you through the final hiring and onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition and lasting partnership. Our ongoing support accompanies your family every step of the way as you embark on this journey with your new caregiver!
Finding the perfect nanny is an investment in your family’s happiness and well-being. To kickstart your personalized search, we have a one-time registration fee of $250, which grants you access to our services. Once we find your ideal match, our final placement fee is 12% of your nannies annualized gross earnings. Your investment covers associated costs with onboarding your family and our targeted recruitment efforts for your family.
Please Note: We understand that every family’s needs are unique. Our part-time nannies typically work around 20 hours per week. Some families may require fewer hours, or perhaps a bit more hours and many professional nannies are happy to accommodate flexible schedules.
