This guarantees our clients a seamless experience, eliminating the need to sift through applications, make calls, schedule interviews on their own or have to learn how to contact references or submit background checks. We’re with you every step of the way, from initial search to onboarding and beyond.
Steps to identify your full-time nanny:

After you share your current nanny requirements, we'll schedule a call to delve deeper into understanding your family and address any questions you might have before commencing our services!
2. NANNY QUEST INITIATED
One you’ve signed our agreement and settle the initial fee, we'll create a detailed job description and start spreading the word about your family across various channels. From our extensive caregiver referral network and traditional recruitment strategies, we’ll secure the best candidates for your needs.
3. MEET YOUR MATCHES
We'll then introduce you to experienced candidates who have successfully passed our thorough vetting process, assisting you in scheduling interviews with your preferred choices.
4. WELCOME YOUR DREAM FIT
After discovering your ideal match, we'll guide you through the final stages f hiring and onboarding your identified nanny.. Our ongoing support will accompany your family as you embark on this journey with your new caregiver!
Your Investment
Finding the perfect nanny is an investment in your family’s well-being and peace of mind. Each one of our personalized searches begins with a $250 registration fee and deposit which covers a portion of our associated onboarding costs and begins recruitment for your role. Our final placement fee is 12% of your nannies annualized gross earnings.
Please Note: A Full-Time nanny is guaranteed 35+ hours per week, providing the stability and routine your family needs.
