Requirements for Long-Term Placements
To ensure the highest level of care for our families, candidates for long-term placements must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of five (5) years of professional nanny experience, or a combination of relevant college education and verifiable non-family references
Must be at least 21 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reside within the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas (including St Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton)
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Demonstrate a genuine love for children and a strong passion for childcare
Willing to commit to a minimum of one (1) year with a family
Requirements for Occasional Care & On-Call Nannies
To ensure consistent, high-quality care for our families, candidates for occasional and on-call placements must meet the following requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of recent professional childcare experience, or equivalent education with verifiable non-family references
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
Compensation varies based on the specific needs of the families we serve and the scope of each available role. For occasional and on-call caregivers, starting compensation begins at $20 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
