We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive household manager/nanny to support a dynamic family with school-aged children. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing the rhythm of a busy household—balancing childcare with household organization, scheduling, loves to cook and build on their cooking skills and family support. The family values clear communication, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, occasional weekends (Exact schedule is flexible and TBD) 20-30 Hours per week.

Household Duties:
Household: Keep all areas/ spaces throughout the home organized and clutter-free. ie..Loading/unloading dishwasher, restocking and managing inventory of basic house supplies.
Family Management: Errands & Personal Assistance, run errands such as dry cleaning, post office, pharmacy, etc. Assist with online orders, returns, and household shopping. Manage/assist with family gifting, cards, and special occasions
Meal preparation: Coordinate grocery shopping, meal prep, including children in the meal prep process. Ensure family dietary needs and preferences are met. Maintain household cleanliness standards (not necessarily deep cleaning, but ensuring upkeep).
Family Support: Stay up to date on school/ after school activities, extracurricular activities, and family logistics. Assist with escorting kids to activities as needed. Help plan family events, holidays, and gatherings. Support with childcare backup or supervision as needed.
Childcare Services:
Provide warm and positive care and a secure environment for the children in the absence of parents
Actively participate in resolving the child’s problems or interests and serve as a resource for problem solving
Follow family’s schedule + suggest adjustments for children’s development & growth
Keep children's items/ rooms and common areas tidy and organized
Maintain, clean and care for the children's belongings
Ensure children are dressed appropriately and presentably before leaving home, offering gentle guidance as needed
Comply with family’s child-rearing preferences
Provide flexibility in childcare as family’s schedules and needs may change periodically
Comfortable with driving children to & from scheduled extracurricular activities
Strong multitasker
Qualifications:
