We’re excited to support a wonderful new family in their search for a kind, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to care for two energetic toddlers and provide support to a stay-at-home mom. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent, creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment, and helping the household run smoothly. If you have a strong background in toddler care — especially in educational or structured settings — we’d love to connect with you!

Monday- Friday 8AM-1PM
Salary: $25-$28/ Hour DOE

Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience with infants and toddlers, especially twins or multiples
Montessori or similar intentional play-based and confidence-building educational approaches
CPR/First Aid certified
Organized, proactive, and confident in decision-making
Kind, communicative, and calm under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide warm and positive care and a secure environment for the children in the absence of parents
Plan and actively participate in age appropriate developmental activities for child, including activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual & social development
Actively participate in resolving the child’s problems or interests and serve as a resource for problem solving
Montessori or similar intentional play-based and confidence-building educational approaches
Comfortable with outdoor play and activities as weather permits
Follow family’s schedule + suggest adjustments for children’s growth
Clothe children appropriately
Keep children's rooms and play areas tidy and organized
Maintain, clean and care for the children's belongings
Give medication when required and as agreed on with family
Comply with family’s child-rearing preferences
Provide flexibility in childcare as children’s schedules and needs may change periodically
Comfortable with supporting breastfeeding mom
Comfortable with driving children to scheduled extracurricular activities
Strong multitasker
Requirements:
Experience with infants to 5 years of age
Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
CPR/First Aid Certification/ current
Safety conscious and hands on
Proactive and able to take initiative
Reliable and willing to care for sick children
Open and communicative with parents
Flexible and calm under pressure

Location: Plant City, FL
Schedule: 2-3 days/week, 4–5 hours per shiftAre you highly organized, proactive, and love creating smooth-flowing households? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Household Manager to support daily routines and help us stay on top of essential tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Starting and managing household laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away)
Tidying high-traffic areas such as the kitchen, living room, and entryway
Performing regular inventory checks on groceries and household supplies
Light restocking or grocery list management
Occasional errands (e.g., dry cleaner drop-off/pick-up, returns, post office)
Tackling household projects as needed (e.g., organizing a pantry, setting up systems)
Ideal Candidate:
Trustworthy, punctual, and communicative
Has experience in household management, nannying, or professional organizing
Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Self-starter who can see what needs to be done and do it with care
