Full-TIME NANNY/ Sarasota, FL

  • We are seeking a nurturing, experienced, and highly dependable nanny to join a loving family caring for their 14-month-old twins. This full-time position offers a unique blend of stability and adventure, requiring a live-out arrangement while the family resides in Sarasota, Florida, and a live-in arrangement when the family is in Chicago, Illinois.


    Desired start date: July 2025/ Trial week end of June

    Desired Schedule:

    Mon-Fri: 7:30AM-6PM

    Sat: 7:30AM-3PM

    Salary:

    Sign On Bonus

    $90K-109K Annually, 60 hours guaranteed.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Prior experience with infants and toddlers, especially twins or multiples

    • CPR/First Aid certified

    • Organized, proactive, and confident in decision-making

    • Kind, communicative, and calm under pressure

    • Able to travel between Sarasota and Chicago as required

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create a warm, positive, and secure environment in the absence of the parents

    • Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental activities that foster the twins’ physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth

    • Maintain a screen-free environment

    • Support the children’s curiosity and problem-solving through active engagement

    • Enjoy and encourage outdoor play and exploration, weather permitting

    • Adhere to and help refine the family’s established routines and schedules

    • Dress the children appropriately and keep their living and play spaces clean, organized, and well-maintained

    • Administer medication when necessary, per family’s instructions

    • Follow the family’s parenting approach and philosophies with consistency

    • Provide flexibility as the children’s needs and schedules evolve

    • Drive children to any scheduled extracurricular activities

    • Comfortably handle the demands of twin care with strong multitasking skills

    Requirements:

    • Experience with infants to 5 years of age

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience

    • CPR/First Aid Certification/ current

    • Safety conscious and hands on

    • Proactive and able to take initiative 

    • Reliable and willing to care for sick children

    • Open and communicative with parents 

    • Flexible and calm under pressure

    • Clear driving record

    • Be comfortable with evening support

    • Comfortable with occasional U.S & out of country travel with family

On-Call |As Needed Nanny

  • We are seeking experienced and dependable On-Call Nanny (several positions available) to provide care for a variety of families with children ranging from newborns to school-age. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with several wonderful households, each with unique needs. If you're passionate about childcare, organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide warm, secure, and reliable care for children in the parents’ absence, ensuring their safety and well-being.

    • Actively engage in age-appropriate developmental activities to foster physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.

    • Support children's problem-solving and serve as a resource for their interests and needs.

    • Help maintain a tidy and organized environment, including managing household tasks like loading/unloading the dishwasher, doing laundry, and caring for children's belongings.

    • Adhere to each family's schedule and child-rearing preferences while offering flexibility based on the children’s evolving needs.

    • Provide care during evenings or occasional travel with the family as needed.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with infants to 10-year-olds.

    • CPR/First Aid Certification (current).

    • Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive in managing children’s needs.

    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy household with multiple children.

    • A clean driving record and comfort with driving children as needed.

    • Flexibility, calmness under pressure, and an open line of communication with parents.

    • Comfortable supporting breastfeeding parents and occasionally providing care for sick children.

Part-Time Nanny / Bradenton, FL

  • We have a wonderful family in Bradenton looking for an experienced and dependable Part Time Nanny for their infant.


    Desired start date: June 2025 (exact date TBD)

    Desired Schedule-

    2 days per week

    Tuesday thru Thursday, 7:30AM - 5:00/5:30PM timeframe

    Salary:

    $20-$35/ Hour DOE


    The ideal candidate is experienced with infants to toddler age children, is structured, has up to date CPR/ First Aid & a clean driving history.

    Nanny's responsibilities will include:

    • Comfortable with active breastfeeding mom and preparing/handling breast milk as well as practice paced bottle feeding when mom is unavailable

    • Provide warm and positive care and a secure environment for child in the absence of parents

    • Plan and actively participate in age appropriate developmental activities for child, including activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual & social development

    • Actively participate in resolving the child’s problems or interests and serve as a resource for problem solving

    • Comfortable with outdoor play and activities as weather permits 

    • Follow family’s schedule + suggest adjustments for children’s growth

    • Clothe child appropriately

    • Keep child’s rooms and play areas tidy and organized

    • Maintain, clean and care for child’s belongings 

    • Give medication when required and as agreed on with family

    • Comply with family’s child-rearing preferences

    • Provide flexibility in childcare as children’s schedules and needs may change periodically
